If you wish to cancel your purchase agreement, you have the right to do so within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods or evidence of delivery. To return the goods, you
must communicate your decision in writing using the contact form provided on our website.
The cancellation period begins on the day the goods are delivered. You must return the goods within 14 calendar days from the date you communicated your cancellation to FIKILE. We aim to process all returns within 72 hours of receiving your order back. Please note that FIKILE is not obliged to issue any refunds if the goods are returned later than 14 calendar days from the written communication of the cancellation of an order. Orders must be returned in one shipment, and the return pro-forma invoice should be included in your parcel.
To make a return, please use our shipping partner DHL Express and the prepaid returns label provided with your order if applicable. FIKILE is not responsible for any goods returned by a different method. The return address is indicated on the pre-printed shipping label that came with your goods.
FIKILE does not accept returns for any items that have been worn, exposed to damaging elements, or with removed FIKILE tags. Returns of items that are soiled or damaged due to wear and tear may not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you receive an item that is damaged or missing tags, please contact us immediately. We highly recommend checking products thoroughly before trying them on or disposing of any tags or packaging.

The original FIKILE box is considered an integral part of the product and bags returned
without it may be sent back to the customer.
Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You will be required to pay additional taxes and duties on exchange items.
All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's account excluding delivery charges.
While we are unable to exchange items for alternative styles and colours, we are able to assist
by ensuring a smooth return and full refund, and then provide assistance with placing a new
order for the preferred item. Please note any duties and taxes will be incurred again as per
exchanges.

Customers will be charged in USD, ZAR, GBP, EUR, JPY, AED, HKD, KRW, CNY, AUD or CAD depending on which region their shipping country falls under. For those customers with payment methods not denominated in these currencies, the final price paid will depend on the exchange rate on the day the purchase has been made. The region the website will be viewed in depends on your location and your IP address.
While we provide our pricing guidelines, which we at FIKILE will follow business wide, we
are not responsible for the prices they may decide on. We are therefore unable to price match
any retailer.
FIKILE is committed to fair and transparent pricing and we are not obligated to issue any form of refund. However, should you still be within your returns period and we are still offering the item to purchase on our website, we may consider the merits of each individual case.
As we are an international company depending on your payment method, you may be
subjected to a bank fee and as this is a bank charge we regret we are unable to influence this.
Please note these fees are non-refundable by FIKILE.
